10 years as the assistant coach for the boys and girls varsity track team at Detroit Country Day.

I ran track at Central Michigan University. I have competed in several CrossFit regionals and have run multiple marathons.

I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, working out, and spending time up north in the summer.

Helping others achieve their goals is what makes this job so rewarding. I also like tailoring programs to meet the needs and goals of my clients.

Good health and fitness are something I am passionate about and if I am able to share that with others and have a positive effect on their lives than I know I am doing something right!
