Kari was a track athlete at Central Michigan University and has participated in various CrossFit regionals while also completing multiple marathons. She loves to spend time with family and friends, work out, and enjoy summers up north.

The most fulfilling part of her job is helping others reach their goals, and she takes pride in customizing programs to suit her clients’ individual needs.

Jason became a part of BHC in 2007, bringing with him more than 14 years of experience in personal training. His background includes working in physical therapy and serving as the head athletic trainer in high schools. He has worked with a diverse range of age groups, from children and high school athletes to college athletes and the elderly.
